Footage dropped in Google Drive comes back as captioned reels, shorts and long-form cuts, ready to post.

The problem

Every long recording holds several short clips worth posting. Finding them, cropping them to vertical, typing captions and exporting each format takes an editor most of a day, every week.

What I built

A small studio that runs on one machine. It pulls new footage from a Google Drive folder, crops it for reels, generates captions from the audio and exports shorts and long-form versions from saved presets. When a human touch is needed, there’s a simple editor to trim, split and merge clips before export.
