About
Hi, I'm Akash Agrawal.
I build practical AI systems for businesses that have outgrown spreadsheets, WhatsApp threads and manual work.
I grew up around business. In a Baniya family, the conversation at dinner is margins, stock and who owes whom. Later I learned to build software, and I kept noticing the same thing in every office I walked into: smart people spending their day copying numbers from one place to another.
So that's the job I took on. I sit with the people doing the work, find the part that repeats, and build a system that does it, on the tools they already use. Exporters, comedy clubs, test-prep companies, clinics and traders so far.
Works with teams anywhere.

Why "Baniyaman"
- Fewer mistakes in your books.
- Fewer hours lost to typing.
- More done by the team you already have.
The Baniya community is known for running a tight business: every rupee counted, nothing wasted. The Baniyaman brings that instinct to your operations. Every hour your team spends copying numbers is an hour not spent on customers, and every typo in your books costs money later.
How I build
Four rules I don't break.
No silent mistakes
If a number doesn't add up, the system stops and says so. A wrong value that looks right is worse than no value.
Use what you already have
Excel, WhatsApp, Google Drive, your accounting software. New tools only when the old ones genuinely can’t do the job.
Tested on your real work
Every system is checked against work your team has already done by hand, until the results match.
Yours to keep
Plain-language guides, your data in your accounts, and nothing that stops working if I disappear.
Your turn
What is your business still doing manually?
Send me the ugly version: the spreadsheet, the WhatsApp thread, the pile of PDFs. I'll tell you what I'd automate.
